Abstract Submission for the 2026 Meeting

You must submit a title and abstract no later than midnight, October 2, 2026.

Presenter Instructions

Poster Presentations

The poster size is 36 inch high x 42 inch wide and mounting board, easel, and pins are provided. Posters must be put up between 8:00-8:30 am and will be attended from 8:30–10:00 am.

Oral Presentations

Oral presentations are 10 minutes, with 5 minutes for questions. The meeting organizers will provide a laptop. Presenters should arrive 10-15 minutes before the oral sessions begin to load their presentations and check formatting. Be sure to have access to your presentation through a USB flash drive.
