Eastern Division Collegiate Meeting
General Information
The Eastern Collegiate Division Meeting of the Tennessee Academy of Science is scheduled for Monday, April 7, 2025, at Walters State Community College Niswonger Campus in Greenville, TN. The meeting will be held from 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm in the Lyceum room 141 with an awards ceremony and reception to follow the presentations.
Instructions
Only Undergraduate researchers are welcome to give an 7 to 10 minute oral PowerPoint presentation or to present a poster in agriculture, botany, cell and molecular biology, chemistry, ecology & environmental science, engineering & engineering technology, geology and geography, health and medical sciences, history of science, mathematics/computer science, microbiology, physics and astronomy, science/math teaching, and zoology. The Eastern Collegiate Division is accepting abstracts for both oral and poster presentations
Abstracts: Due by Monday March 17, 2025
The abstract form and presentation guidelines can be found here. Please note: the link downloads a file. It does not bring you to a new web page. Abstracts that do not follow the template will be returned to sender for correction.
The preferred poster size is 26" x 42" (landscape orientation) or a traditional trifold 36" tall by 48" wide poster may be used.
